The ingredients behind Nuscle clear protein

We don’t think your daily protein should come with compromise baked in. That's why each ingredient in Nuscle is carefully considered and chosen for potency and quality. The result is a protein where the choice isn't between results, taste or health — it's 'do I go small or big?'

That's everything.

Nutritional Information

Each ingredient included in Nuscle's formula has a specific purpose and is driven by extensive research, then carefully balanced to optimise both effectiveness and taste. All ingredients are selected with the highest quality in mind, so you can be confident with what you're putting in your body.

Got questions? We've got answers.

What does Nuscle taste like?

+

Light, refreshing and never too sweet — we've formulated it to be more like a glass of fruit squash than a protein shake. Just mix with cold water.

Why is it clear instead of creamy?

+

Regular protein is thick because it doesn’t fully dissolve. We break Nuscle’s protein into smaller pieces called peptides — the same thing your gut does before absorbing protein. That’s why it dissolves completely in water, giving you a light, juice-style drink with no chalky or grainy texture.

Will it upset my stomach?

+

Nuscle leaves out the usual culprits behind bloating: no dairy, no sugar alcohols, no gums or fillers, nothing artificial. The protein is also pre-fermented, broken into smaller pieces and filtered, so it absorbs more fully and leaves less behind to ferment in your gut.

Why does Nuscle have only 10g of protein per scoop?

+

Why only 10g of protein per scoop?

Because what’s in the grams matters more than the grams. Nuscle is enriched with essential amino acids (EAAs), the part of protein that actually builds muscle.

EAAs in 20g of protein:

  • Nuscle (2 scoops): ~14g
  • Whey: ~9g
  • Most plant proteins: ~6g
  • Most collagen: ~2g

So you need less of it for the same job:

  • 1 scoop: with a meal, as a snack or during a workout
  • 2 scoops: after training or before bed

Why only natural ingredients?

+

Because you’ll drink it every day. Many supplements rely on cheap artificial sweeteners and additives whose long-term effects aren’t well understood. We’d rather not take that bet with your health — or ours. That’s why every ingredient in Nuscle is naturally occurring and tested for contaminants.

How are the amino acid contents and ratios controlled?

+

We start with a consistent pea and brown rice protein base, then enrich each batch with measured, plant-based essential amino acids to reach our patent-pending ratio. If a source ever changes, it’s re-tested. So every scoop delivers the same high-EAA profile.

Why doesn't it have extra vitamins, electrolytes etc?

+

Nuscle is built to do one job brilliantly: deliver the highest quality protein in the smallest glass possible. Many products add questionable extras for the label and the marketing, rather than any real benefit. We’d rather not. Keeping Nuscle focused also means you can stack it with whatever you already take, without doubling up on vitamins or minerals.
