Bloating isn’t the price of building muscle.

You switched brands. You tried blends. You paid extra for isolates. Yet every time you finish training feeling great, twenty minutes later it feels like your gut did every single rep.

The truth? Your gut isn't the problem — and neither is protein.

It’s hard-to-digest shakes loaded with gritty plant fibres, fillers, and leftover starches your body struggles to break down.

Protein shouldn't feel like compromise

Heavy, bloating, hard to digest

Protein that fills you up and weighs you down isn't doing your gut any favours. It isn't a habit — it's a chore.

Worse results, every time

Low EAAs and poor absorption mean less muscle growth and more muscle loss. If your protein falls short, so do results.

Drinks like wet sand

Thick, gritty, grainy, chalky. Loads of words. None of them good. So you went back to dairy — because at least it works.

You're working hard. Your protein isn't.

Time to get the basics right

Nuscle is a light, fruity vegan clear protein. It digests fast, contains all nine essential amino acids, and packs 50% more of them than whey.

For anyone who doesn't want to choose between results, taste, a calm gut and clean ingredients.

30 doses in every pouch
Single dose
for snacks + top-ups

One dose matches 15g of whey protein and 20g of pea. Have it with meals, or between them.

Double dose
for after exercise

Two doses post-workout or before bed, and you hit the ceiling of what your muscles can use.

Not all protein is created equal.

Essential amino acids are the parts of protein your muscles actually need. They trigger the repair process, and fuel it. The more EAAs you get in a balanced ratio, the better you recover, maintain and grow.

Nuscle is 70% EAAs. Whey is around 45%. Pea is around 35%. Same scoop, just more of what does the work.

Your muscles need all nine essential amino acids at once. Run short on one, and the whole response is limited — however much protein you drink.

So we balanced all nine properly, with extra of the ones where more is usually better, like leucine.

Your muscles respond to protein for about three hours after eating, then they close the doors and need to reset. That's the 'muscle-full' effect.

Nuscle is built for that window. The free EAAs hit within 15 minutes to ramp everything up. The complete protein base is hydrolysed, or pre-broken-down, so you absorb more of it, faster. This keeps levels topped up for the next three hours. Then it clears, ready for your next dose.

Only two in every three grams of most whole plant proteins are even absorbed. 30 grams is actually 20.

In Nuscle, the free EAAs need no digesting at all, they're straight through to your muscles. The protein base is fermented and pre-broken-down. It's already digested before you eat it, so your body absorbs more of it, faster.

So your muscles use more of the protein, and you don't have to work for it.

In short. More benefit from less protein, and none of the drawbacks.

More muscle. Less protein.

Fast-digesting EAA-enriched protein is consistently shown to deliver far more benefit — for the same amount of protein.

Built for professionals

Nuscle was designed to be a tool for professionals. To help patients and clients who needed a more efficient, gut-safe protein. They tried it, and they stuck with it.

Got rave reviews from clients who want something they can drink fast before work or at lunch without the heaviness. I've got everyone who can't do whey on it.
Strength & Conditioning
Jeffrey Napeñas · CPT REPs · Duo Chelsea
I started using Nuscle with clients who bloated with regular protein. That turned into just about everyone. I switched to it in the end so I don't need to chase my vegan shake with more EAAs.
Female Body Recomposition
Grace Roe · CPT · FenellaFit
Definitely excited about this, I've been following amino fortified research for a while and I deal with a lot of people who can't take big shakes but need effective protein.
Corrective Exercise
Gino Raccuglia · CPT CIMSPA · Intent91
Good because I can be running around at work after training because I'm not full. Have some during long conditioning sessions so I don't go catabolic as well.
Sporting Performance
Casius Howden · CPT REPs · PureGym
I love it so I've started putting people I look after onto it. It's just so much easier to drink and for me makes being plant-based and training hard easier.

Got questions? We have answers.

That gritty texture in your plant protein? That's leftover fermentable fibre, starch and plant matter. That, along with gut-disrupting sweeteners, thickeners and other additives, are why our proteins bloat us.

Nuscle has none of that. It's already broken down before it gets to your glass, so there's nothing fermentable left in it, and nothing nasty added to it.

This is a big reason Nuscle exists — it's built for sensitive guts on the team. It's free of hard-to digest fibre and starch, it's pre-digested so it's been absorbed before discomfort usually happens, and it takes half the powder for the same effects, so it travels through like water, not a meal.

Easier to digest doesn't mean weaker. It's the same protein, same amino acids — just more of the ones that really matter, and broken down small enough to fully absorb. There's nothing removed, nothing diluted. Gentler and effective aren't a trade-off. They're the same thing.

More than enough — because all 20g gets used. Most plant proteins lose a chunk of their dose to poor absorption and missing EAAs, before ever reaching your muscles. Nuscle has the available essential aminos of 30g of whey, enough to maximise muscle response. So it's not a small scoop. It's a scoop with nothing left behind.

That shouldn't happen — but if it does, tell us. Start with a half serving, and if it's still not sitting right, you've got 2 weeks to get your money back with our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Why won't this bloat me like other proteins do?

From the founder

Years in clinical fitness taught me exactly what the body needs, and I couldn't find it anywhere.

I'm Laurence. I'm a clinical physiologist and nutritionist who's spent over 10 years working for healthcare providers, helping people eat, move and feel better. I love this stuff.

After studying nutrition as a post-grad I knew protein inside out, but I still couldn't find a plant protein that got it right.

So I got together with a few researchers from the UK and the Netherlands, and we started building something that we would take ourselves. Two years later, we had Nuscle.

Have a question?

How much protein is in each dose?

+

Each dose gives you 10g of protein — and 7g of that is essential amino acids.

A double dose has 20g of protein and 14g of EAAs. That's the threshold needed to hit the ceiling of what your muscles can use.

For comparison, per 20g of pure protein:

  • Nuscle: 14g EAAs
  • Whey: 9g
  • Pea: 7g
  • Soy: 6g
  • Hemp: 5.4g
  • Collagen: 3.2g

And that doesn't even factor in how much you can't even absorb from sources like pea and hemp.

What if I don't get on with it?

+

We're confident you will, but if not. We have a money-back guarantee, so reach out within 14 days of your order and we'll sort a refund. No hard questions asked.

How long does shipping take?

+

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with delivery typically taking 2-3 business days depending on your location.

You can pay the difference to get next-day delivery at checkout if need it in your hands as soon as possible.

You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription anytime?

+

Yes — anytime, no lock-in. You're in full control from your account on this site: skip a delivery, change your flavour or frequency, or cancel completely. No calls, no hoops.

When and how do I use it, and can I have multiple per day?

+

Whenever suits your routine — but a couple of times usually fills most gaps.

For meal top-ups, snacks, or during a workout: 1 scoop in 250–300ml cold water, mixed until fully dissolved.

Post-workout or before bed: 2 scoops in 500–600ml cold water.

The best time is whichever you can stick to consistently, so pairing it with meals or workouts is an easy habit to build.

You can have as much as you like, but we'd suggest capping it at 6 doses a day — Nuscle is not a full meal replacement, so that leaves room for enough whole food and the nutrients that come with it.

Does it mix easily?

+

Powders like most essential amino acids and many plant peptides naturally repel water, making them normally hard to mix.

We use a combination of acidity, dispersion, microencapsulation and agglomeration so that they become wet and dissolve immediately. Here are the short versions:

Acidity - We ensure that the acidity of the drink is controlled close to the point where it will help to dissolve the amino acids most.

Dispersion - We blend poorly-mixing ingredients with ultra-soluble ingredients so that they wet more easily.

Microencapsulation - We trap the most difficult ingredients in a ultra-thin lipid-layer or liposome, made from natural healthy fats, which increases solubility (and eliminates any off-tastes!).

Agglomeration - Clumps very fine dusty particles into large porous granules that let water in easily. This is why it feels a bit sandy between your fingers.

This combination mostly instantises the powder making it easy to mix.

Are any ingredients artificial, unhealthy or harmful?

+

No. Nuscle is naturally-occurring and non-artificial, ingredient for ingredient — no added sugar, just natural trace amounts.

It's free of dairy hormones, animal antibiotics, and soy oestrogens. Most supplements lean on artificial sweeteners, flavours, preservatives, and emulsifiers to get there — we don't think you should have to consume any of that to get the benefit.

Every ingredient is also third-party tested for contaminants like heavy metals, moulds, and farming chemicals, too.

Can I use Nuscle if I take other supplements?

+

Yes. There are no ingredients in Nuscle that risk over-supplementation or commonly interact with regular supplements.

If you're concerned as with any supplement we would advise checking with your GP first!
